Semat Sempurna Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian-owned Integrated Facilities Management and Maintenance company originally conceptualized in 2019, just after the devastating effect of COVID-19 towards the conditions of all commercial buildings, industrial facilities and industries throughout the world. Although formally incorporated in 2025, it builds upon over five years of prior operational experience gained through AI Fath Tech Enterprise.
This new entity was created as part of AI Fath Tech's growth and scale-up plan, carrying forward a strong technical and engineering foundation into a formal corporate structure. Despite being a relatively young company, Semat Sempurna delivers high-quality, reliable, and efficient solutions tailored to diverse client requirements.
